Tweaking.....

Workout:
Monday: 7 mile run outside (8.25 pace)
Tuesday: Core Synergistics
Wednesday: 12 mile run outside (Davis Loop-hilly-8.42 pace)
Thursday:  2 rounds of 'Lean Belly Workout' + lots of push-ups and pull-ups
Friday:  Yoga + 2 miles
Saturday:  4 mile run (8.20 pace) + "Champion" Workout

(weekly miles: 25)
